3 years ago if a company had 300 people but now they have top 100.. of them.. in next 5 years the will have 20 people. I think the CEO said 280 people will think for creativity and company will pay them for it. Is it happening?
Another case now everyone is content creator.. so let me ask who is the viwer? AI?
In factory and product development the impact is low for now but there will be less in next 5 years.
My suggestion for the industries if you creating gap then please have some plan to fill up the gap.
