True, AI is replacing careers and will continue too. This will happen mostly regardless of whether the task is performed better by ai or not.
Customer support goes first and through analytic manipulation due to perceived “favorable” outcomes from the system, will compound the trust in the system.
AI has not and likely will not increase the quality of these companies products, but through mass adoption will further lower the users standards of what quality looks like in order to match AI capability.
We are not being sold a better product, we are learning a nee standard of product quality at the expense of everyones standard of living.
