Anyone who's been riding a bike for any length of time should automatically call BS on autopilot. I'm 70 and I've been riding since 12 or 13. I don't even trust human drivers. I ride like everyone out there is trying to kill me and that's what I taught my son. Trust no one on the road, learn your controls so they're instinctive, Keep your eyes moving, don't fixate. You get the picture.
