Saying art takes talent while not mentioning skill is a point an ai "artist" would use, because talent is being naturally good while skill takes time and practice. AI bros gave up because they think it takes just talent, which means they think they won't get better and that art is inaccessible. While Charlie here does have a good point and favours the real artists, not using the word skill is just further convincing ai bros that they can't get any better.
