Reference Alan Watts on automation and base salary for all. The trouble is that the US has created a situation where wealth is being concentrated in a few business owners. They would need to be taxed so that money could be given to the rest of the people so they could buy the goods and services that the businesses provide. A good start would be to raise the minimum wage to at least $25/hour
