Without proof although I wish I had it.
I can tell you if they have access to your brain they have access to every memory you have ever had.
Has nothing to do with brain cells. Really wish I could prove how I know this but people just think I hear voices.
However he is correct about if you say what I call "trigger words" your brain will auto fill with a thought process of words to fill whatever word was said.
He's also correct about how the brain/AI finds images. Your brain is quite literally a computer.
You can't think of your brain as part of you anymore, if you see your brain as a computer that holds storage you'll know what your brain can do.
