Very interesting. Bromine is actually a larger atom, but I didn't know it's the hydrated size that is larger and that that matters for the GABA chloride channel. Also very relevant to discuss the role of AI in all of this. On a side note, isn't it weird when AI uses pronouns like "I"? It would be better to talk about itself in the 3rd person (oops, I just called it a "self" LOL).
