I can't get passed the "Classist" argument.
1) their argument assumes people are paying tons of money to get editors. But the entite point of NaNoWriMo is just to write now and edit later. So the editing portion has NOTHING TO DO WITH NANOWRIMO BECAUSE THAT WAS YOUR ENTIRE MISSION STATEMENT YOU BUMBLING IDIOTIC ASSHOLES.
2) Having done NaNoWriMo in the past, I can tell you that finding an editor isn't even part of the conversation until you have your 50,000 word manuscript.
3) When it comes to using AI, I just have to ask....how are the people who can't afford editors...going to pay for the AI programs? And the computers that run them? How are they GOING TO PAY FOR THEM? THE ASSUMPTION IS THAT THEY CAN'T AFFORD EDITORS SO HOW ARE GONNA AFFORD THE SOFTWARE?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
