It's definitely a people problem. AI is not accurate and has no real awareness, understanding or reasoning capabilities.
People routinely fail to grasp that.
Just like how we can subconciously suspend disbelief while watching a movie, people can lose sight of what AI is and is not when interacting with LLM's conversationally.
