The effect of AI is more subtle, it is already destroying us from with in. It is already used for propaganda and we are already at the point where nothing you see or hear can be believed. Peoples intellectual property is being stolen for the benefit of AI. And the chance of the masses being paid to do nothing by the mega greedy is already zero. The break down of society is inevitable.
