The problem is not understanding that the idea of having "jobs" is old thinking. Best case would be a life not about a job, but about personal exploration and learning about the universe you live in and finding happiness in the things you enjoy doing, not doing something to survive. The "machine" of production continues without humans needed to do it so you end up with something like having resources provided while you go about what ever makes you happy.
