14:06 I'd actually give a different response here. As bad an artist as Jackson Pollick is, at least he's an artist. The algorithm that made the fantasy landscape (and the fake Pollick) isn't, by definition an artist. Hence the works of Pollick, by default definition, has more artistic value than anything the AI spits out. The issue is the dude in the video tried to do a gotcha by mixing up the question. He asked which had more artistic value, and then showed a known bad artist while showing a pretty looking landscape generated by AI. If he had asked which is better looking, he might've gotten more artists saying that the AI landscape was prettier, it he didn't. He asked a bunch of artists which had more value, and so they chose the one they thought had at least been made by a human. Then he changed the question with his gotcha by saying "see it was actually AI and you couldn't tell". The thing is, those artists probably answered on principle. They didn't say they LIKED Polluck's supposed piece, they just assumed that it was one of his works (again because his works are so shit) that even an AI recreation was unidentifiable, and so just chose the one they thought was made by a human.
