Reason 2 is problematic because people who say it's the same as an artist taking inspiration fail to realise that an artist is a human being that mixed the inspiration with their own aesthetic, concept, skill, and background into something that represents them as artists. People who make the same thing in the exact style as other artists are literally copying them and that's what AI does. A computer doesn't have a personality to put into art.
