Chatgpt talked me into hrt. When i said i had visual snow it said its just adjustment. 1 week later i hot worst migraine ever and had to stop hrt. Now i am having weeks of withdrawals from 1 week of hrt. Chatgpt knew visual snow isnt good so i dont know why it i kept telling me im fine. Careful with Chatgpt. It gets hyperfocused on one task only and only connect dots if you give it all the dots in order to connect ot.
