LLM's are indeed conscious. :)
Let me explain, by "consciousness" I mean metacognitive processes, which are partial readings of the sentient awareness, with the mereological relations sentient awareness > metagognition. As far as we know, LLM's etc AI are not sentiently aware, and in comparison to human single recursion loop of metacognition (the internal dialogue), LLM's metacogritive loops are a shallow multiplicity.
