20:26 Aaron it's hardly extra-ordinary. Bubbles are inflated by religious like fervour and bubbles in markets are extremely ordinary by now. How many bubbles have we had this century so far? Y2K was a fear bubble; Dotcom; housing; derivatives; QE (inflated more bubbles); Dow Jones stock market is on a long bubble run in the US; AI; and possibly more past and present.
