9:30 glad you pointed this out because the whole benefit of deep learning is the ability to make good predictions in situations where you have a ton of data and a clear objective endpoint where the process to get there doesn't matter. Putting a mask on a background has a correct answer of "background gone, target object untouched" but drawing a face doesn't because the way the face is constructed impacts the final result.
