An interview with an AI is my worst nightmare. I have a speech impediment, which basically means I sometimes take longer to say words and can freeze up. Talking to a real human being allows for natural recoveries. Talking to a robot will mean that I will be prematurely judged.
I wholy believe that I wouldn't be employed if an AI was interviewing me.
