totally agree, ai really changes the game in customer service. on my side, i’ve been trying workbeaver ai for my daily admin load. instead of setting up workflows, i just explain what i want done and it executes the steps directly on my desktop. things like report updates or sorting client info get finished faster, so i can focus more on actually serving clients.
