Cant build robot for feeling bread dough that is affordable in every kitchen. Warmth elasticity, age of flours and yeasts thousands of variables involved. One for each person? Thats a lot of resources for manufacture , marketing, maintainance, also...Thrift stores are filled with discarded bread machines. A big reject by the consumer. Robotics ok but never great..transport of manufactured fresh food. products door to door is already a failing industry..they have had to harness individually owned vehicles...kept for joy of self determining mobility...
