Even if something catastrophic happens, leaders who are indoctrinated, uneducated, addicted to power, psychopathic….are they really going to agree to stop AI? We can’t even get certain leaders to stay in the Paris Agreement. And North Korea, etc.? And will AI ever lose its psychopathic traits?
