They tell you that you have no right to your IP because they want your stuff for free. Try stealing their shizz and you see how they suddenly understand not only ownership but sovereignty and IP - with the pounding of a baseball bat.
This "just a tool to help creativity" is again a total BS misdirect, as what it really says is that a) they have no ideas of their own (see how much AI poop is derivative because the prompts were bald clones of Blade Runner) and b) they have no idea how to take an idea and make something from it in the real world. Everyone has ideas, but they are worth nothing until they have a result in the real world. This is why you can't protect an idea alone; you need to show at least a workable plan for your solution, with plans et,c before you get a patent. "Just a tool" is the person saying that they like the idea of being as cool as Elon, but don't intend to do any sort of work to get results. Why make everyone suffer as a result of that?
