The answer is upskilling. When something in your home breaks, you don’t buy a new toolbox. You add the tool you need. From that point forward, you have it whenever necessary. Your career is your toolbox.
AI will take over certain jobs, but it will also need guides, tutors, and partners. It’s not a replacement for people. It’s a tool that helps us be more efficient. If we learn to use it properly, we’ll thrive right alongside it. It’s the kind of challenge we think about every day at Pepelwerk.
