i hate copyright in general, at least our terrible copyright system, but I see nothing wrong with him copyrighting this. AI is a tool. He used that tool to create something. And what he created looks great. People use AI or similar tools all the time in their art creation. all sorts of programs like lightroom, photoshop, krita etc have all sorts of tools that automate processes, where's the line????
