When I was in high school, I was a student of Henrico County Public Schools in Virginia. I used one of thousands of Dell laptops that were issued to the students and teachers. This was between 2008 and 2010. My experience was mainly positive, because I was able to focus and learn a lot more information without the distraction of Chrome this and AI that. Games were strictly banned from usage on those laptops as well as YouTube. That model, in my opinion, is more protective of kids, serving their needs better.
