1:30:10 This is a big bet. Betting on legislation to regulate AI enough to solve potential lethality is bold considering it has repeatedly failed to solve a slow-moving existential threat... Climate Change. We couldn't legislate our way out of a 1.5C increase in post industrial temps to save our own habitat. Why would the outcome be different for AI, which is evolving faster than the legislative process can even define it?
