No, and honestly, the fill bucket is useless if you don't know what you're doing with it, as well as insanely necessary as the brushes don't work as well over large area. There are some pre loaded texture things that would be cheating if they didn't look like shit, but mostly it comes down to a knowing your medium, both have benefits and restrictions and the artists have to adapt to it. "Ai art" on the other hand isn't anything, it's fun sure, but you're not making anything, if all you care about is seeing the image by all means type to your hearts content, but if you do, just don't take credit for it, and don't try and sell it
