just think about this for a second. Scientists STILL don't understand the impacts and ramifications of social media. Social...fucking..media. Yet we are diving into the deep end with AI. It is virtually impossible to close this box of worms because in the short term the monetary benefit will be MASSIVE to any corporation that can truly monetize AI. People don't realize that we went from dial up to blazing fast internet with access to everything you could want in 2 decades. That was without any form of AI. With true AI that is unleashed it could accomplish all of that in a year or 2 meaning the world will have no idea what hit them. Unfortunately Russia , China, and yes even the US are not selfless countries. Their thirst for control will be the down fall of the world.
