His response with a "plumber" was in my opinion was just to make the point of getting into something that is NOT automated and will have to be done manually (with some degree of computerized help in some cases, perhaps)... like, electrical work, construction, operating vehicles, medical field, any kind of repair, animal care, law-enforcement, teaching, farming, baking, cooking etc, etc, etc.... 🙂
IMHO, regardless of they type of work one is doing, it is always good to know a bit about how "computers and AI" work and use them intelligently -- for the BENEFIT OF SELF AND THE COMMUNITY... For instance, as an IT professional myself, I see how the Internet has become so polluted and how it has been being misused (including AI) in the last several years... I try to take precautions, but they may not be sufficient... The world is becoming increasingly a dangerous place to live in. I believe, we need ONE standard, GLOBAL Governance in many areas of life.
