A.I. isn’t actively making art. People give it a prompt and if those people monetize said “art” there should be full repercussions like any version of plagiarism. And to be fair I think artist and creators are gonna be safe for a very long time. Ai generated images are just not great when you need something specific. For example, advertisers would gladly invest in an artist because it needs to be very intentional and calculated not just random snippets of existing art.
