Maybe it feels boring for art, which i disagree, but the main power of ai is its ability to have so many diferent concepts at hand when it creates, any art done by humans is done in the same way, its you giving your personal touch to the conglomerated knowledge you have. Ai has a bigger pool of knowledge " at the tip of theyr fingers".
Of course theres ai slop as much as there is human slop.
But the main advantage of ai is that it enables the unskilled to have a chance at creating art of any sort, you may call it lazyness and youre not wrong, but that will aply to any person that buys a car bcause theyre lazy to go place on foot. Ai is a powerfull tool, it just need to be handle with in a good way.
