A crash is inevitable. Companies are implementing AI simply because it makes the stocks go up or adds hype to their products. That shit cannot last. Eventually the "irrational exuberance" crashes. people look at their p/l statements and wake up to cold hard reality, and like that excellent graph at the end shows eventually things slowly crawl back to where the new tech is actually productive.
