It's inevitable that service jobs, jobs that can be done by robots or AI are going to get gone. There's no stopping that. I think one way to deal with that though is to prepare our next generation of people to be trained for industries and jobs that do require human input on a higher level. That machines and AI can't replicate and I love the idea of company ownership where employees own shares Getting companies to do that though is a big ask.I think that's a fundamental issue. The greed of corporations who are beholden to the stockholders and not anyone else is the fundamental issue If we can somehow make corporations responsible and beholden to not only stockholders and their employees. I think that would be a great balancer The bottom line and I should understand. We have to prepare our society to be able to contribute in the job and do jobs that can't be replicated or duplicated from machines.
