When the cassette tape became mainstream, the music industry labeled it as the downfall of the industry and the end for artists. When the CD came out they labeled it the downfall of the industry and the downfall of artists, when the mp3 and Napster made it possible to share files, they called it the downfall of the industry and the death of the artist... the same will happen with the AI generated "art" it's not the end ... licensing and copyright won't fix it... For as long as art has been around people have been copying other people. Just ask yourself why all gothic art is similar, why Renaissance paintings look like the way they do... why is there a group called "caravaggisti"? ... People copy people. AI is told to copy people, so AI copies people... not surprised, nor impressed
