Imagine having your art be used for the new trend "ai art" without your permission and get treated like garbage. I dont get the appeal of ai art. It is never about the destination. The ai generated art looks incredibly generic and the fact that people still jump to it like savage dogs is absolutely cringe. Like, big whoop you prompted an ai art. Then what? Painting and drawing has mostly been a hobby and rarely a job and nobody is like "I want to draw because I will be super rich". Because being an artist (unless working for companies full time) isnt a reliable income. People draw for fun. This ai bs is not fun. Typing few words and acting like youre just as good or better than those artists who spent countless hours perfecting their artstyle is an insult to everyone. Iam not an artist and probably wont be one but Iam even offended. If the future of art is ai, then I dont want it.
