I have no idea about the discussion or any stake in either side; however, I think that this 'AI poisoning' thing reminds me of when the automated loom came around in France: the weavers were pissed as hell as they thought their jobs got threatened and came and kicked the looms to pieces with their wooden shoes (sabots, which is where we got the word sabotage from). However, they couldn't stop progression. Just some food for thought.
