Developing countries have a large share of jobs in outsourcing, such as web and software development, customer service, and similar fields. These are exactly the kinds of jobs that AI is likely to replace in the near future. Developed countries, sooner or later, may introduce universal basic income or other safety nets to support their populations, but developing countries cannot afford such measures. Therefore, I believe the countries most affected by AI will be the developing ones.
