This hit harder than I expected... I caught myself letting ChatGPT finish my thoughts instead of just helping me think and it's scary how subtle it happens. It kinda flips the script: instead of letting AI replace your brain, it teaches you how to use it to train your brain like faster recall, better focus, sharper prompts. The video’s warning is real, but the fix isn’t quitting AI, it’s learning to drive it with intention.
