AI has now higher intelligence than any human. It means, that human mental work is no needed any longer. So mentally working employees arent needed as well. Mental intellectual work is only about intelligence and knowledge. Human reason and mind were replaced by artificial ones. Human intelligence has just become obsolete and redundant. That's it.
