Ai is currently gray zone of anything trademark, copyright, patent related. Its a loophole, no accountability, they are treating AI as ungovernable entity, its not. It's being controlled by someone and that someone has to take responsibility. It's literally a situation where you smack computer on a gun and call it smart gun.
