I think, no matter how much AI evolves, the work market for humans evolves as well.
I’m a business Analyst myself, the company i work for has been trying to go AI as much as possible, the only positions that AI can cover at the company is Exec’s seats who are good at leading but don’t know the company’s business other than in a super macro lens.
I don’t think they can roll a machine on wheels to go from one store location to another and do what i do, i don’t think ai will ever be able to judge humanly how good the store design looks or how nice the employees behave.
Even when it comes to cleaners, clerks, assistants, i don’t think ai will ever be able to clean, sell, attract costumers, cover shifts handle incidents etc.
I think about it like the Revolution times, one employee used to plow an x amount of land, with the help of the plowing machine they were able to plow 4x more, companies are always looking to grow so those that are now doing a job that AI will do will be converted to supervising and intervening in cases where ai reaches a wall.
