My understanding of The AI is "looks for patterns" critically *AS A MACHINE NOT A HUMAN.* typically this would involve repetitive tasks "doing the same thing over and over again and *NOT* expecting a different result." Well...all Russia does is offend agress *ALL UKRAINE* always at the same time always everywhere ...is not there the expected result always the same from the point of view of the *MACHINE?* if this be a "given" or "working hypothesis" if you will...most definitely can ahem #hazard as in "hazard a guess" the *MACHINE ITSELF* can learn from that meaning machine can validate said hypothesis "does same GETS same result" be the machine "thusly why not try THIS in response this time?" meaning a different output given same input/input always the same confirmed "machine LEARNED" or mavy *MACHINE* learned ? I dunno🤗🤗🤗
