I don't really agree with a lot of what you said but you hit the nail on the head with the microwave. I love using generative AI 🤷♂️ BUT that definitely doesn't make me an artist. Just like grabbing a frozen burrito and plopping it in the microwave doesn't make me a chef. Anyone using AI has to understand that. Generative AI shouldn't really be passed off as true art. I like using it for 3D printing people's names in calligraphy style keychains.
