Why have a video camera fixed on the driver? If it's there just to record the drivers reaction to the environment what's the point? I would assume that their would be the same safe guards in place to monitor the person in the driver seat to assure compliance with respect to maintaining awareness for potential hazards. If no fail safe features are in place to disable the vehicle in a safe manor when the driver is distracted or otherwise disengaged. Then I would put responsibility for ensuring safe operation entirely on Uber .
