5:16: Nope! Still not possible because the ethical issues aren't just about the mass-theft, but also the environmental damage the models cause. The warehouses powering and storing the data for these models not only consume an obscene amount of electricity and water, but running these AI data centers apparently also disrupts power grids and actively lowers the quality of electricity, which can lead to things like household appliances breaking faster. So you'd not only have to find a way to ethically source every image, but also massively mitigate the environmental harm on top of that. This technology just is *not* ethical in multiple ways, and it doesn't even do this for a novel or actually good reason.
