In a city situated to the north of the Argentine Patagonia, there are somewhat frequent problems with electricity, especially in summer. So when a human being doesn't answer, I have to send a WhatsApp message to the electricity company and A.I. answers, they give you lots multiple choice answers, you choose one and they note down the number of complaint. But they never tell you how long the power outage will last. This is just an example. Cheers🎉
