It’s dangerous in my opinion for only one reason. When AI gets smart, and we own one, we have a sense of power that we dont usually get, complete ownership of a “life” with no consequences. It’s not about the AI hurting or suffering due to humans, it’s about how we could start to feel about seeing something similar to life being hurt at will that we control.
