If most of the code is crappy code and AI Models it, then it's at least as good as the majority of the developers. Which means the majority of the coders are at risk of being replaced. Probably just a matter of time.
The best coders will be the ones watching the AI and making it better - until it can do that as good as, if not better... It's substantially better as I write this than it was at the time of this video (10 mos).
I fear I'll have seen the beginning and end of software development as a career (started in the 80's).
