As much as I feel everything they did is wrong . It would be a fairly effective strategy if governed by an actual ai instead of a few local cops . This local police force is checking up on people more frequently than other states do their sexual predators the top tier of people who need watched. If the police are overly aggressive and the DA is under prosecuting you might find the community is better off than if the police were under policing and the DA was over sentencing .
