AI is definitely going to replace a lot of jobs, and probably sooner than we think. But I believe we’ll adapt to this shift with that in mind. The people whose jobs are affected will also have new opportunities to grow in different, possibly even better, ways. I’m not sure exactly what that will look like, but I’m confident that being part of the early wave of change will be an advantage compared to being replaced later when AI is fully integrated into workplaces. 🧠
